CSQ FITNESS CENTRE CLASSES

The Fitness Centre is accessible by access card 7 days a week between the following hours:

Full Time Hours: 5:00AM to 9:00 PM(Applies Monday to Sunday)

Off Peak Hours: 5:00AM to 10:30AM and 2:00PM to 9:00PM (Applies Monday to Friday with full time hours on weekends)
