The construction is kicking off and we aim to have the project completed by the end of December 2021. We look forward to sharing updates as we reach milestones on the project.
Are retailers still open?
- Yes, our retailers will be open and accessible throughout the renovations provided they are permitted to do so by the current COVID restrictions guiding the city’s businesses at any given time.
Can I access CSQ community events during the renovation?
- Absolutely, all CSQ events are currently virtual! If you are not receiving the event invites, please email [email protected]. Follow us on social media to see the latest or download the Canderel Plus+ App.
What are some of the highlights of the renovation?
- Exciting changes are coming ! A new look and feel will enhance life at CSQ.
- New flooring, lighting, seating areas, brighter / natural accents, and the addition of more plant life!
- New lobby directories and wayfinding.
- Part of the work will include the second floor of the complex known as the amenities floor. The work on the second floor will include; new lighting, flooring and wall finishes that matches the new look and feel of the lobby.
- The construction will not affect the amenities however please note that the amenities are currently closed due to COVID19.
How do you plan to minimize noise and construction debris?
- We will be working in sections to minimalize the inconvenience of construction to tenants.
- We will be doing extra cleaning spot checks during the day for the lobby and the second floor.
- Noisy work will be reserved for afterhours..
How can I address any concerns or questions I have about the renovation?
